   I just wanted to let you know that I received my tabletop terrarium today..... Not only did it arrive perfectly packaged and timely, but the handwritten note has made me a lifetime fan of your company :)

   Received the terrarium and planted it last night, it is beautiful. It is easy to plant since the entire top can be lifted off.

   I am really enjoying my new terrarium because it is fun and adds a touch of life and color to my indoors. The terrarium itself is pretty and made well so I know it will last forever and I do not have any worries about leaks or rust or anything.

   This one of the most charming soon to be Fairy Garden I have ever seen!!!!! The plants arrived before the terrarium in excellent condition!!!! Put it all together this evening ...love it!!!! Just waiting on my fairy accessories to arrive!!!! The Terrarium is very well made!!!!!

7. Couldn't be better

   I had been looking at Wardian cases for a while and ordered from H Potter because of the selection and competitive pricing. The case was shipped promptly, arrived well-packaged, including a personal note and complete planting instructions. No other assembly required! It's now decorating the area behind my kitchen sink where it's substituting for the window that I don't have. It makes me smile every time I see it.

   We bought this as a present for our son and were extremely pleased with the beauty and quality of it. As others have commented, beautifully packed.

   I recently bought this terrarium after looking at those offered by Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn, and then those offered by my local Greenhouse. After checking all out, I chose this terrarium for the following reasons:
   1) The glass top covering sits on very small support edges and does not go all the way to the bottom of the case. So, if you need to tend to a plant, as I recently had to, when you lift the cover off, you aren't disturbing the soil and other additions (tiny rocks or embellishments you've added) when you have to do this, unlike those at Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn. I'd call them 'fake terrariums'
   2) There is a tiny post at top, that you can use to prop the lid open with to vent interior. This is very important as there are times you need to air it out or prevent moisture buildup.
   3) It is very pretty and looks studily made. If I'm going to invest in it and place it in a viewing area, it's got to look good.
   
   Concerns: It was never going to get here in one piece. What a surprise then to find, it was beautifully packed. Also, the quality of the glass, weight and thickness, was an additional protection from breakage.
   I highly recommend this company if you want to have a beautiful show piece for your pretty plants.
