Order Processing Time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day. Shipping timelines may vary when a product page notes a different handling time or in the case of an unforeseen disruption, such as a weather emergency.

Some items—such as lighting products and seasonal wreaths—may require additional handling time. When applicable, these items typically ship within 1–4 business days and then will have a standard 1-4 days of ship time.

Transit Time

For most items, once shipped, standard transit time is typically 1–4 business days.

Delivery Date Estimator

Product pages for in-stock items that are not specialty items, include a Zip Code Delivery Estimator under the Add to Cart button on the product's page, to help you preview the expected delivery time for that specific item. Enter your zip code for the most accurate estimate.

If you do not see the Zip Code Delivery Estimator on a product page, the item is considered a specialty product and requires additional assembly or handling time. The expected handling time will be clearly displayed on the product page near the Add to Cart button. Please note that general shop app notifications regarding ship time may not apply to specialty items.
