H Potter Return Policy Items Must be Unused

 H POTTER’S RETURN POLICY (H POTTER DIRECT SHIP FROM WAREHOUSE PRODUCTS ONLY)

 Your Satisfaction is very important to us! Any of our standard new items are returnable for a refund of the purchase price of the product less a 10% restocking fee, provided you contact H Potter and item(s) is/are returned to H Potter within 30 days of the receipt of your item(s). Please send an email to julie@hpotter.com with your order number and item(s) being returned for a copy of the return instructions.

 

If your package is returned to us due to the order being refused or an incorrect shipping address entered on the order, you will receive your refund less the cost of shipping and less a 10% restocking fee.

Here is our return policy with 2 options.

Returns:

In order to be eligible for return, item(s) must be in such condition which allows it/them to be re-sold, preferably in original packaging.  If original packaging is not used and items arrive to H Potter damaged, the item(s) will not be refunded.

 Customers are responsible to pay return shipping charges.

 Option #1:

You can return on your own. 

Please use a shipping service that uses tracking numbers (UPS or FedEx) and please email the tracking number to H Potter at julie@hpotter.com once you have shipped the package(s).  H Potter also recommends insuring the package(s) as customer is responsible for the item until they reach the H Potter warehouse.  If item(s) are lost in transit it is customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

 Option #2:

If you would like H Potter to provide a shipping label, please email julie@hpotter.com to get a shipping quote as customers are responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund amount.  Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.  Please allow up to 24 hours and we will provide you with a shipping quote.  If you would like to proceed with this option, please reply to the email and we will email you a UPS label for each box.

 

 

 

H Potter will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error in packing.

Damage during Transit: Damage needs to be reported within 2 days of receipt of the item. In the event of damage during shipping, we require digital photographs of the damaged item and the damage to the shipping container, text them to Jerry at 2086404206.  H Potter also requires that you save the actual box that was damaged in transit (carrier requirement).

In most events of damage (for example: a piece of broken glass or missing hardware) a replacement part can be sent to you from the warehouse at H Potter’s expense.  Please send a text to 2086404206 or email jerry@hpotter.com to discuss replacement parts.
