H Potter acts as a venue to allow users who comply with H Potter’s policies to offer, sell, and buy products. H Potter is not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, H Potter has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. H Potter does not pre-screen users or the content or information provided by users. H Potter cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
Consequently, H Potter does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
H Potter encourages you to communicate directly with potential transaction partners through the tools available on the Site and view each seller’s terms and contact information.
You agree that H Potter is a venue and as such is not responsible or liable for any content, for example, data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links posted by you, other users, or outside parties on H Potter. You use the H Potter service at your own risk.
H POTTER’S RETURN POLICY (H POTTER DIRECT SHIP FROM WAREHOUSE PRODUCTS ONLY)
Your Satisfaction is very important to us! Any of our standard items are returnable for a 100% refund of the purchase price, provided you contact us within 2 days of the receipt of your item(s).
In order to be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the original packaging and in such condition which allows it to be re-sold. Most items that can be purchased on-line can be returned. Prior to returning items, you must secure an RA# (Return Authorization #) from us. Should a return be necessary, please call us for an RA#.
Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible to pay return shipping charges. We will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error in packing.
Damage during Transit: Damage needs to be reported within 2 days of receipt of the item. In the event of damage during shipping, we require photographs of the damaged item and the damage to the shipping container. We also require that you save the actual box that was damaged in transit (carrier requirement).
In most events of damage (for example: a piece of broken glass or missing hardware) a replacement part can be sent to you from the warehouse at H Potter’s expense. Please contact our representatives from 7:00am – 3:30pm Pacific Time Monday – Friday to discuss replacement parts.
