H POTTER’S RETURN POLICY (H POTTER DIRECT SHIP FROM WAREHOUSE PRODUCTS ONLY)

 

Your Satisfaction is very important to us! Any of our standard items are returnable for a 100% refund of the purchase price, provided you contact us within 2 days of the receipt of your item(s).  If damage has occurred while in transit please send digital photos of product and/or box damage to jerry@hpotter.com

 

In order to be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, digital photos must be sent  and product must be in such condition which allows it to be re-sold. Most items that can be purchased on-line can be returned. Prior to returning items, you must secure an RA# (Return  Authorization #) from us. Should a return be necessary, please call us for an RA#.

 

Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible to pay return shipping charges. We will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error in packing.

 

Damage during Transit: Damage needs to be reported within 2 days of receipt of the item. In the event of damage during shipping, we require digital photographs of the damaged item and the damage to the shipping container.  We also require that you save the actual box that was damaged in transit (carrier requirement).

 

In most events of damage (for example: a piece of broken glass or missing hardware) a replacement part can be sent to you from the warehouse at H Potter’s expense.  Please contact our representatives from 8:00am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time Monday – Friday to discuss replacement parts.
